The Cell is a really cool chip. I wouldn't be surprised to see IBM start to use it more in their supercomputers (if they aren't already). You can do some pretty neat stuff with the latest generations of GPUs as well.
Folding@Home actually already ships with the PS3. Out of curiosity I checked the stats and PS3's already generate about 4 times as many teraflops as PCs with about 1/4 the number of CPUs (http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=osstats).
