Questions

Some good questions about the Health Insurance proposals being worked on and debated.

Another question: Why is it so crazy to ask elected officials to read an entire bill before they vote on it? I think reading these bills is a part of their job. But if that duty is not included, maybe their salaries should be cut to reflect this lifted burden.

There are a lot of people I'd love to share this with, but I don't much enjoy being characterized as a heartless human being (or better yet, a racist, thanks Janine Garofolo) because I don't want the gov't to take over healthcare.

Everyone who supports this plan better hope that nobody they care about ever get any kind of 'unusual' disease or gets old any time soon. Oh yeah, and don't get breast cancer. You may have to wait months or even years for the routine treatment that could save your life...

Being against socialized, gov't run healthcare, does not mean being against reform. This is not progressive, this is regressive. I am genuinely scared about what this is going to mean for my family & friends.
