I've avoided blogging about the disgusting events that happened on Monday at Virginia Tech. It's just too painful to discuss.
When I heard the heroic story of the Professor who held the door shut, while the animal shot at the door, in order to allow his students to jump out the window to safety, I was overwhelmed. That is true heroism.
Seeing the victims photos, made me teary-eyed and my heart skipped a beat.
When I saw pictures of the murderous stooge last night I almost vomited. Seeing his photos and rantings all over the TV news, angered and saddened me.. This guy is now notorious. A sick twist on fame. Re-broadcasting over and over and over again... Attempting to desensitize the audience...
Each time I close my eyes, I try to think of the victims and not the thieving monster, who stole their futures.
My heart goes out to the families and friends of those directly scarred by this event. I grieve with you.
I will end this post with one point: Trust your gut, even if it's not P.C. .... And if someone has the courage to say something, listen and ACT!
