Mentorship

A mentor of mine has moved on to a new chapter in their career. It's hard to put into words how thankful I am to have been under this man's tutelage. I attribute a large part of my professional growth to his keen eye for playing to my strengths and the "risks" that he took on me to give me opportunities. It's working with people like this that make a job a career. I aspire to influence others the way he has influenced me.

I've learned it's not only important for one to succeed but to also mentor others in their success.

For all the great role models out there, continue to set an example for the rest of us.
